InKline Global sold me outdated software then asked more money to update.

I saw an ad from InKline Global for software (PCSHOWBUZZ) to receive a massive number of TV stations on your PC. I paid £39.1 to download ther programme, but when I opened it, it said InKline Global had sold me 5 years old software, which needed updating. This would cost more money!!! I sent an email demanding either my money back or the update free of charge. This of course was ignored. This is an American Company, so presumably I can't taske action in the UKL, but surely the USA authorities can stop them trading and take them to court. Given free range to rob the public, they are ruining the American reputation as well as their own.

Faulty Inkline Mini HD Video Camera.

I recently purchased the above camera, had much trouble actually receiving it but when I did it was faulty. See Cas-259329. This is only a very cheap item and does not warrant p&p to return it to Singapore, particularly as 'signed for' post is stipulated. I am refused a refund if a do not return it, instead I will 'bin it' and myself and all my contacts will never use Inkline again. Surely common sense should prevail - it will cost you a lot more if I were to return it???? I have several of Inkline products which are satisfactory????

We download the program and knew within one hour it would not provided what the advertisement promised so I called the phone number listed and it was for technical support only. The gentlemen I spoke with said there was nothing he could do to fix our problem and was told to send you company an email at: salesall@***.com which I could not do. I have internet but could not send the email......I immediately removed the program from our computer!!! I have contacted our Visa account office and requested that the charge of $39.90 be refused / removed from our account. We expect you to credit our account immediately as per the statement in your advertisement for a full refund if not satisfied. Thank you, Sherry Hanson

Want my money back

1. Written by Patricia Pickard on November 4, 2011 I talk to one of your Rep's,that is not getting me anywhere. I keep reading how much of a scram you all are, and I have had nothing but trouble with this program. I just want my money back. If not I am going to report you to my bank, and let them fright this one. I paid 19.95 for a program to watch TV, and no matter what I download it will not work. I am sick of downloading things on my computer, and getting all these pop ups. I want my money back. The Rep I talk to said I have to give you my email address and my telephone number for a refund. I could not understand a thing she said, and what a wise (A) got no were with this one. Can't hardly speck American. Here it is. Canterburypat123@***.com , and my phone which I don't want to give out, but will at this point, so I can get a lot of dumb calls everyday from giving out this number. . It would be best for you to ask me for the number though email, so I will know it is you calling. I don't answer my phone unless I notices the phone number, which may make it hard to reach me by phone. You took my card to purchase this crap program, so I don't really see the problem with you giving my money back, to the account for which you took it from. I want my money back. I am taking your program out of my system now. Please I will be waiting to hear from one of you by email on rather you are refunding my money, or giving me a number to call, and someone who specks English please. If I don't hear from you than I will contract my back, which I have myself protected for scrams like this over the Internet. Thanks for your fast action on this matter, money is not easy to come by these days, and scram are not in my budget. Mrs. Patricia Pickard.

Inkline global is a fraud, did not return money

I downloaded Showbuzz from Inkline Global and it was worthless. With download, I got a pop-up on my browser home page wanting me to take a tune up for my computer that I did not want. Could not get rid of pop-up. Inkline wanted $199.99 to make it go away, would not pay this and they finally sent me a way to get rid of it. At first they said it was my computer causes this, but finally admitted to it being their own set up. Ask for refund after one day of trying to use Showbuzz and after a week, I have not received refund and do not expect to ever get it. Would recommend no one try this rip-off. Showbuzz says it turns computer into a free TV, as good as cable? Do not believe this, keep your money and save the headache... a rip off... a fraud!

I totally agree with the poster on review 258112. Not only is it worthless, it has hacked my home page on my computer and every time I log on, I get their inkline global page trying to sell something else. Scam alert -- avoid them at all costs.

Inkline Global Inc scams

Inkline Global Inc scams

Inkline Global Inc sells its product PCShowBuzzon on Internet which advertises "Watch TV On Your PC with PCShowBuzz now you can search, find and watch unlimited programs from 1000+ TV Channels."

I paid $29.95, then downloaded PCShowBuzz software but to my disappointment, from the list of 1000+ channels there were only about 60 Channels whose status were live or online while the rest, majority channels were inactive which couldn't be open nor watched. Even among these 60 channels in live or online, some didn't work, either showed a round shape of spectrum on the screen or couldn't expand to full screen and they could only be watched in a smaller screen, about 1/2 size of your computer's full screen

I bought a PCShowBuzz program from Inkline for $29.95. I was not happy with the result and contacted Dawn Evans at Inkline for a refund.

She offered to exchange the programme for a couple of other products to a value way beyond the $29.95. I said I preferred the refund.

She was most obliging and helpful and within days I WAS CREDITED IN FULL. I would happily purchase from Inkline again.

I paid £60 in May for an HD DVR car camera. It just arrived from Singapore and cost me a further £20 plus tax and PO admin charge, only to find the same thing available on Amazon for £15.99 with free delivery!

Have I been had? In spades!

And their website does n't load! Probably gone bust.

Glad this site and these posts are here!!! You guys all just saved me and my 4 children $40.00 we didn't really have to spend to start with!

I thought...WOW...how awesome to have for the kids.....either way for them...whether they had the computer and were watching it or if I let them have the tv and was able to watch what I wanted on the computer.

I am so glad my gut told me to check online before I thought about using my card to purchase this! Thanks to everybody who posted here about InKline Global...and also everybody here at PissedConsumer.com!!!!

Thanks for the heads-up. I was just about to succumb to their crafty marketing ploys and upgrade the original PC ShowBuzz since I couldn't access many channels, but now I think I'll keep my $14.95 (the new price) in my pocket!
