A pop up from them was disguised as a Microsoft security page. It shut down my computer and had me call the number... took remote access of my computer, then wanted $499 to clean a Trojan. There was no Trojan. They should be shut down.

I purchased "Watch TV. on your PC" I have yet to receive it. Oh they did send me the desk top icon. However it will cost me another 39.95 to download it. I think I will get in touch with my congressman and my state rep to see if they can do something about this sham of a company. To allow this sham to continue is not in the best interest of the us. consumer. How does our country allow these out of country companies to bilk its cit. out of their hard earned money. Will some one please tell me.

Car charger Not Working

Hi I am a loyal & repeat customer and love the products you sell. I have ordered the USB Cable, Wall charger and car charger not long ago and the car charger has not worked at all. Tried it in other ports and cars and for some reason its not working and never has. Can you please send me out another one please? Also FYI the compact power point USB outlet makes a loud high pitched noise (with or without the USB connected) when the power is on. I would hope its as easy as mailing out a new charger. Fraudulent Transactions

Hi I have noted that InkLineGlobal had charged various transaction from our Visa corporate Card. The user of the corporate card claims that he has not purchased any items or services from your company. Hence, we noted it is a fraudulent transaction charged on our card. The amount that has been charged todate AUD1996.08. Could you pls check at your end and refund the amount back to our Credit card or do a cash transfer back. We have notified our bank's fraud team and they are investigating. Failure to receive the monies will push us to lodge a police report and take the investigation to a higher Level. Their so called customer support page on the web has:- 1 the software for complaints has not allow date entries since 2011 2 no web contact addresses or postal addresses whatsoever 3 no way of contacting them for non delivery or faulty produce or claim for refund within 60 day period In fact you can search their adverts and the internet and still never find anywhere to contact Put simply this is an entirely internet based scam You have been warned I sent for the Satellite TV USB for PC After taking credit card it said shipment from Singapore within 15 days

InKline Global - Item Delivery Review

I order an item since the 11th of June 2014, I have complain about it and I am not getting any reply after giving me a case no CAS-265984, and I am not happy about it. The other time I order an Item I did not get the whole package after complaining. I am really fed up and I don't think I will order anything again from Inkline Global, this will definite be the last time I will order from you. I order a mini pc4tv , it was ship to the wrong address, I email to them that it was the wrong address , I email trisha , saying I never receive the minipc , and never sign for anything, she was unwilling to anything to help me , no contact with shipping company, she was unwell to do anything to help. I email over twenty time , asking for help . because I never receive anything never sign anything , this was the worse company , to deal with , not wanting to doing to help u , I just keep getting the run around

Sent me a bad used mimitv for android

Unit will not work I have tried it on three different TVs. I have also tried it on two computers. I have complained to the company. They told me if I am not happy with it to send it back. But if it is damaged or that they don't get it then they will not refund my money. Of course I have to pay the postage back to China which I'm sure is not cheap. I have tried to get a hold of them again after this message but I cannot get an answer back. This incline global is a big rip off do not waste your money with them and tell your friends not to either.

August 8 UPDATE - It was kind of funny that around 15 business days after I posted this review, I received, via CERTIFIED mail from Asia, my 4 cables. I guess the way you get customer service is to complain in the open forum.

I purchased this product on June 4, had my card charged IMMEDIATELY, and was told it would arrive in 15 business days. No Product yet and just like other in the thread, I cannot contact the company because the web links do not work, they have NO email support and their phone line will not support orders. I have spent at least an hour on trying to find a number or email address to send an email to. I am now sending to some of the generic email addresses to see if any of them get a response. I will update this posting if I do. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF SUPPORT.

No cooperation from Inkline Global, Inc.

I found out how to get in contact with them. What you do is to write a rant about one of their products, then post it on this site. Evidently, they pay someone to scan this publication for complaints about the company, because the day after I posted my rant, I got an e-mail from an Inkline Global employee who was most anxious to help me.

There was no problem about downloading the product onto my computer, but they balked when I asked for a replacement re-installation disk to replace the blank one they had sent originally. They told me that their records showed that I had not purchased the re-installation disk. So, I told them I had the original invoice and asked if that would resolve the problem.

So, they suggested that I FAX the invoice to them. When I responded that I didn't have a fax machine, they suggested that I include it as an ATTACHMENT with an e-mail. I explained that all I had was the hard copy, that I didn't have a scanner, and asked if they knew of a way to convert a hard copy into a Word .doc. They didn't have an answer for that, so I just send an e-mail that included EVERY scrap and speck of info. on that frigging invoice. I put the order number, tracking number, model number, date of purchase, amount, method of payment (with the xxxx-1234 card number), billing address, invoice number, the itemized purchases list, EVERYTHING.

For a while I heard nothing. Then, I received an e-mail informing me that I was being sent a replacement re-installation disk, but that it would take about 15 business days to arrive, as it was being shipped from the South Pacific Regional Office. In due time, the disk arrived.

So, I have to label myself "pleased," because 1) I did finally get into touch with them [my original rant], 2) they replaced the software on my computer, and, after some dickering back and forth, 3) they sent me a new re-installation disk.

To sum up, it shouldn't be that difficult and time-consuming to get decent customer support without relying on Morse Code or sign language. They came through, yes--but I really had to work for it.

Inkline Global mini cam

I purchased a mini cam , it took 24 days to arrive and cost an extra £13.34 in duty. The instructions are in gobble de *** the view finder is totally useless and blurred, the controls do what they want and only work in video mode. This item is a cheap toy do not buy it. *** *** ***. It says I have to write a hundred words in this section, what can you say about something this bad. Quality control gone out of the window , don't be taken in by the *** in the adds for this product.

I can't agree with you more. I purchased it on M2r.

24 received it on May 2.

They only told me it was was coming from Singapore after I purchased it. Nothing was easy about using this product, I couldn't see a thing through the view finder.

I paid £60 for this at the end of May. It just arrived, with a further cost of £20 for VAT & PO charges.

Just seen it is available on Amazon for £15.99 including free delivery. Have I been had? In spades!

Now their website does n't work-probably gone bust. Have n't tried it out yet-other reviews satisfied with it.

I'll fill you guys in on what the next "solution" will be--soon, if anyone bothers to send me a response--and we'll all have a good, bitter laugh about it and its failure to addess the communication problem. And then we will commiserate with each other on being the victims of a scam by a fraudulent company.

You know what? I bet I can contact the Better Buisness Bureau.

First, thank you for responding to my rant. However, the e-mail you sent me that you "guaranteed" would put me into contact with a human employee at Inklineglobal, took me right back to the same old home page I complained about above, the one that "can't" accept e-mail support requests because your company's server is always "down" or that the link is invalid. Yup, the "new" e-mail address went right back to the 24/7 "coldline" that connects to some third-party tech support company like Iyogi--these are NOT Inklineglobal support techs.

So,

1. Using the company's e-mail fails to make contact with support.

2. Using the company's hotline fails to make contact with support.

3. The newest e-mail sent by an employee who did not contact me directly, but only responded to this rant, failed to make contact with support.

So, here I am at the same place I was when I wrote the original rant. Nothing has changed--other than the dismally-amusing joke e-mail that promised everything, but just took me around in circles again.

Should I try Morse Code? Smoke signals? Wig-wag flags? Sign language?

You have my name, home address, e-mail address, phone number. How about just sending me another re-installation CD--not another blank one, okay? And we'll call it even.

1. I bought Modem Booster 8 on-line, in addition to the $9.95 re-installation disk. 2. When I had to re-install the program, the re-installation disk you sold me turned out to be BLANK!!! 3. When I called your 24/7 "hotline," the third-party support company you farm out your mistakes to, they were unable to help. All the tech., Mr. Sabar, his name if you'd like to check with him, was able to verify remotely that the re-installation disk you sent me was indeed blank. 4. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact your company. Your third-party tech., Mr. Sabar, gave me an e-mail address:salesall@***.com It just re-directed me back to your original, and, apparently, your only, support page. EVERY time I've tried to e-mail you about a problem from that site, either your server was "down," or the link was invalid. Interestingly enough, I noticed a site on line from a customer who was begging the on-line world to help him find a phone number in order to contact you. I feel his pain. 5. I guess it's easier to rip off your customers if you make it impossible for them to contact you. This "pissed-off" customer is ready to report you for fraud.

PC Booster Inkline Global slows your computer

Do not DOWNLOAD PC Booster it is spyware. I could not remove it from my computer. I tried everything I could find on the internet to remove it. Finally had to remove mozilla firefox browser becauce it hijacked it, and everytime I opened it it would remove my home page and replace it with inklineglobal it seems to be set as the default for my web browser. It has slowed my computer down it runs slower than ever. The only option I have at this point is to do complete restore.... Wish I could give a negative five stars......BEWARE do not Download...

i have the same problem sadly, and i also got something called shadow shopper with it that trys to suggest simular product on blogs i go on etc, and i dont know how to remove it.

Wish I had seen this before I installed MB8!

I'm on a Win8 machine running dial-up connection as I am in a very remote location. Yes, on a land line. MB8 installed and seemed to run fine, until I realized it was hijacking my browser!!! No matter how I reset my home URL MB hijacks it. It got past all my Anti-Virus, Anti-Parasite and Anti-Hijacking software! Although it uninstalled, the hijack is still there, which means it is NOT a clean uninstall.

Be very leery of this software. It may perform as offered, but at what cost? And, is it really working or is it just faking performance results? I don't really notice any rate difference in downloading even though MB8 claims I got a 512% boost :roll
